Do you store my Riot or Epic password?

Accepted Answer

No. Loadouts never logs into your game account. For Valorant and Fortnite you sign in on Riot's or Epic's own page in your browser and paste us the one-time token or code it produces; we use it once to fetch your inventory, then discard it. For League of Legends, a small local helper reads your inventory from the League client on your own machine and you upload the export file yourself. We never see or store your password.

Valorant, Fortnite, and League of Legends. Every plan includes all three.

What's the difference between Free, Plus and Pro?

Accepted Answer

Free gives you 15 account slots and every game's features. Plus raises that to 150 slots with a shorter slot cooldown, and adds bulk account removal, browser extension support and JSON data export. Pro has 1,500 slots and the shortest cooldown, and adds public profiles, saving your inventory as an image, and a place on the leaderboard. Share links for individual accounts are free on every plan.

What is the slot cooldown?

Account slots are pooled across every game. When you remove an account, its slot becomes available again after a cooldown: 24 hours on Free, 6 hours on Plus, and 1 hour on Pro. Removing several accounts at once starts a single cooldown for the whole batch.

Can I keep my profile private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every linked account is private by default. On any plan you can generate a share link for a single account and turn it off again whenever you like. On Pro you can also make accounts public on your profile page, and switch them back to private at any time. If you leave Pro, your public profile goes offline, but your share links keep working.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Pick a plan on your Billing page and check out securely with Stripe. Your plan upgrades as soon as the payment goes through, renews automatically, and you can change or cancel it any time from the same page.

Question 7

Do I need to revoke access after linking an account?

Accepted Answer

No. Loadouts never stays connected to your Riot or Epic account: the one-time token is used once to read your inventory and then thrown away, and a League upload is just a file you provide. There's nothing to revoke on the game's side. To remove your data from Loadouts, delete the account from your dashboard and its synced inventory is deleted with it.
