This policy explains what Loadouts ("we", "us") collects when you use loadouts.space, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
- Your email address and a hashed password, when you register.
- The game accounts you link (a display handle and an internal account identifier), and the cosmetic inventory data we sync from that account (skins, agents, cosmetics, rank, and similar).
- A one-time authorization token or code you paste in during account linking. This is used immediately to fetch your inventory and is never stored — we don't retain your Riot or Epic password or session at any point.
- If you submit a payment request: the method, a transaction reference, and an optional proof-of-payment link you provide. We don't process payments ourselves or store card details — please avoid including unnecessary personal or financial details beyond what's needed to verify the transaction.
- Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, request paths) for security and abuse prevention.
- A single functional cookie that keeps you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
What we don't collect
We never see or store your Riot Games or Epic Games account password.
How we use it
- To operate your account and keep your synced inventory up to date.
- To render your public profile page, if and when you choose to make one public.
- To review and approve manually-submitted payment requests.
- To communicate service-critical information (outages, security notices).
Sharing
We fetch inventory data directly from Riot Games', Epic Games', and fortnite-api.com's public APIs. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. Loadouts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games or Epic Games.
Your controls
- Toggle any linked account's public profile on or off at any time from your dashboard.
- Remove a linked account entirely, which deletes its synced inventory data.
- Revoke Loadouts' access directly from your Riot or Epic account settings at any time.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us — see the contact page.
